Rent vs buy in Bellmawr -what makes sense?

Hey folks, It's a a small town city with about 11,678 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
