Commute times in Bellmead -how bad?

Hi all, You can expect to pay around $1,054 for rent here. Rent is about $1,054/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if food scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The pet-friendliness is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
