Curious what people think. Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 18.8%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $117,600, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $54,048, which feels on the lower side for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
