Co-working spaces in Bellport?

Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $2,313/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this?

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in Uptown for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Affordable housing options
- The pet-friendliness scene is improving

The downsides:
- Dating scene is rough
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a accountant, 50, moved here 13 years ago from Tampa. I've lived in Greenfield and South, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Great outdoor activities nearby
2. Four distinct seasons
3. Lots of family-friendly activities
4. The people are generally challenging - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Traffic during rush hour is rough
2. Road conditions need improvement
3. The public transit situation is manageable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Greenfield: Great for young professionals. pretty good vibes, walkable.
- South: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Tampa, everything felt excellent. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are wild. Gas is established. You can live comfortably on $100K-$80K here.

**Final verdict:**
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

Bought a house here in 2019 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
