Freelancing from Bellview -experience?

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 4 years and Household incomes average around $62,375 in Bellview. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 8 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
