Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 25,051, Bellview is a smaller city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
