Bellwood is underrated, change my mind

I relocated for work and Median household income is $76,990, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Bellwood sits at 675.1 per 100K. Rent is about $1,221/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,221 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. TIA! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
