Career opportunities in Bellwood, IL

I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $76,990, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $1,221/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great farm-to-table places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Uptown area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
