Relocating to Belmond, IA -pros and cons?

I work in automotive and The median home value here is around $110,800, which is actually reasonable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for school and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The cultural scene is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
