Best companies to work for in Belmont?

I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $2,894/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,505 people. You can expect to pay around $2,894 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Westside. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in tech. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like seafood.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
