Been living here since 2019. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,505 people. With a population of 27,505, Belmont is a smaller city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
