Is Belmont getting better or worse?

First post here. I'm originally from Memphis and Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,505 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cheers. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
