First post here. I'm originally from Memphis and Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,505 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cheers. The suburbs are where most families end up.
