OK so I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Belmont sits at 165.0 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Cheers.
