Just moved here 4 months ago and Homes are going for about $2,000,001 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Belmont sits at 165.0 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
