Hey everyone, Been living here since 2007. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 15,140 people. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
