Things Belmont needs to improve

So, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. With a population of 15,140, Belmont is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Oak Park area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
