Is public transit usable in Belterra?

Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this?

Bought a house here in 2023 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
