Random thought, With a population of 14,422, Belvedere Park is a small town. Household incomes average around $68,900 in Belvedere Park. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Any help is appreciated. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
