Hey folks, I'm single, late 40s, and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $952/month for a decent place. Median household income is $57,933, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 5,458 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
