Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 40--F, so bundle up in winter. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
