Is Ben Avon worth it salary-wise?

OK so Just moved here 14 months ago and Homes are going for about $342,800 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to.

Moved here from Houston about 1 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to walkability but No regrets on my end..

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
