OK so I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $278,200, which seems about average. It's a a small town city with about 24,430 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Does this match your experience?
