Moving from Tampa to Bennett next month

First post here. Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $426,500 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Bennett? Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much competitive but now it's average.
