Hi all, With a population of 5,819, Bensley is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in East. It's surprisingly good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in retail you might struggle.
People: Generally excellent. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: tough. Tons of options if you like craft beer.
