Things that make Benson unique

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $146,100, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Eastside area are underrated. Kids love it here.
