Anyone else love living in Benton?

Hey, The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $69,638, which feels about average for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Austin it's excellent.
