Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $775/month for a decent place. Median household income is $29,652, which feels on the lower side for the area. You can expect to pay around $775 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
