Best neighborhoods to rent in Benton?

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Benton sits at 1,533.7 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is excellent in most areas.
