Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 30s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 56,326 people. You can expect to pay around $1,238 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
