Relocating to Bentonville, AR -pros and cons?

Curious what people think. Been living here since 2007. The median home value here is around $370,700, which seems about average. With a population of 56,326, Bentonville is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Highland. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in marketing. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

No regrets on my end..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Denver it's solid.
