Top 5 things I love about Bentonville

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 56,326 people. Median household income is $108,465, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.
