Cheapest neighborhoods in Benwood?

Alright, Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thanks in advance!

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Highland area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great farm-to-table places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is solid in most areas.

I've lived in Fairview for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- The dating scene scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
