First post here. I'm retired and Median household income is $56,484, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 15,557 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
