Just moved here 5 months ago and Homes are going for about $178,000 on average. With a population of 15,557, Berea is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
