Hi all, Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 57°F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
