Longtime lurker here, With a population of 120K, Berkeley is a mid-size city. The city has invested a lot in new development. Anyone in a similar situation? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.
