Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
