How are the schools in Berkley?
I'm originally from Los Angeles and The median home value here is around $453,600, which is pretty steep. With a population of 10,838, Berkley is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
