Not sure if this has been asked before, but Crime rate is something to consider -Berkley sits at 438.2 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 10,838 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots? The suburbs are where most families end up.
