Thinking about relocating to Berkley from Charlotte

I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. It's a a small town city with about 10,838 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thanks for reading.
