First time home buyer in Bermuda Dunes
Hi all, Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.
I've been here 2 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is surprisingly good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
