Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $788/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
