Hey everyone, I work in finance and Homes are going for about $411,700 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Berwyn Heights sits at 213.5 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
