Berwyn is underrated, change my mind

Hello, Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 55,888, Berwyn is a smaller city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
