OK so I'm retired and Median household income is $75,235, which feels about average for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,888 people. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,175 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
