How is Berwyn for outdoor activities?
Rent is about $1,175/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Seattle it's excellent.
