Moving to Berwyn with kids -good idea?

Curious what people think. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low.

Moved here from New York about 6 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Would recommend to anyone considering it..
