Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 55,888, Berwyn is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,175 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Berwyn? Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.
