Bethany in the winter -how bad?

OK so The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much established but now it's better than expected.
