How is Bethany for outdoor activities?

Random thought, Been living here since 2018. The median home value here is around $699,200, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in North. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in education. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like sushi.
